The infotainment module has been overhauled;

Installation Guide for ETS2 or ATS Mods
To install mods for Euro Truck Simulator 2, download the mod and copy/unzip the files into: “My Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\mod” folder. For American Truck Simulator, place mods in: “My Documents\American Truck Simulator\mod” folder. To unzip files, you can use software like WinRAR or 7zip. After installation, remember to activate the mods you wish to use.
