Is the Promods UK map feeling a bit… Old? South England Rebuilding is a map expansion project focused on bringing the Southern United Kingdom up to modern ETS2 standards. We are replacing the dated, generic prefabs with bespoke assets, realistic road layouts, and the true “British” feel your Scania or Volvo deserves. The capital has been completely transformed. No longer just a few blocks of warehouses, London now features recognizable landmarks, complex urban intersections, and a much-needed expansion of the surrounding boroughs.
Junction Geometry: We’ve binned the repetitive cloverleafs. Experience custom-built interchanges, including more accurate versions of the M25/M4 and M25/M1 junctions, complete with overhead gantries and realistic lane discipline.
New Motorway Links: We’ve added missing stretches of the motorway network to improve connectivity across the south, reducing the reliance on old, basic dual carriageways.
Authentic Signage & Assets: New high-definition UK road signs, localized speed cameras, and improved roadside scenery to make the “Garden of England” actually look the part. Our Vision The south is just the start. We aim to systematically rework and expand the British Isles, one county at a time. Whether it’s tighter country lanes or sprawling logistics hubs, our goal is to make the UK the best place to drive in the sim.

How to install ETS2 mods or ATS Mods
In Euro Truck Simulator 2 it’s easy to install mods. You just need to download mod from here, copy/unzip files into: “My Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\mod” folder or if you play ATS please install mods to: “My Documents\American Truck Simulator\mod” folder. To unzip files you can use: WinRAR or 7zip. After that you need to activate the mods you want to use.
