Situated south of Grand Utopia, Akokan is a tropical island of French origin, connected to the Grand Utopia region. This area is primarily rural, with most of the Akokanese populace residing in Port-Méli, the main settlement. However, you can also find numerous small, remote hamlets nestled in the lush, rugged landscape. The island is recognized as a Utopian nature reserve, so remember to bring spare wheels, as few roads are paved outside Port-Méli. Prepare for challenging drives through the wild where your skills will be put to the test.
The local economy thrives on several sectors, including timber, rock extraction, and tourism. Expect to make regular deliveries to various local businesses, whether they are situated in Port-Méli or deep within the rainforest.
