Spassk, a city in Russia, serves as the administrative center of the Spassky District in the Penza Region.
Seryi Klyuch is a village located in the Penza region (within the Nizhnelomovsky district of the Penza region of Russia, and part of the Kuvak-Nikolsky village council).
Kuvak-Nikolskoye is another village in the Penza region;
Dubrovka is also a village in the Penza region;
Zubovo is a village located in the Spassky district.
