Installing mods in Euro Truck Simulator 2 is simple. Download the mod from here, then copy/unzip it into the “My Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\mod” folder or, for American Truck Simulator, place it in “My Documents\American Truck Simulator\mod.” You can use WinRAR or 7zip for unzipping.
