The Story of MAN in Brazil
MAN’s engagement in Brazil primarily stemmed from MAN Latin America, established when MAN SE acquired Volkswagen Truck & Bus in Brazil in January 2009. This acquisition placed MAN Latin America in charge of designing, manufacturing, and selling Volkswagen-branded trucks and buses not only in Brazil but across various emerging markets.
The manufacturing activities largely took place in Resende, Rio de Janeiro, where the Volkswagen Caminhões e Ônibus (VWCO) plant operated. Under the umbrella of MAN Latin America, the company maintained its status as a market leader in Brazil for trucks and significantly impacted the bus sector, creating vehicles specifically designed for Latin American, African, and Middle Eastern markets.

Guide to Installing ETS2 or ATS Mods
