This mod hasn't been confirmed for ETS2 1.61 yet. The newest version it's listed for is 1.57. It may still work, but check the author's page first.

About this mod

Add Nordic VAK equipment to a fleet with Kast’s trailer pack. Options include semitrailers in two heights, long four- and five-axle trailers, V-Sliders and double combinations, with different bodies and company paintwork. Advanced coupling, animated supports and cables complete the setup.

Long and double trailers are restricted to Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland by default. A separate author addon changes those restrictions, and other optional packages add full trailers or Krone equipment. The main release lists ETS2 1.57; newer versions are not claimed here. Credits include Kast, SCS, Fabry85, Ogentor and abasstreppas.

How to install VAK Trailers by Kast v2.8.1

  1. Download the mod from SCS Software forum.
  2. If you get a .zip, .rar or .7z file, extract it. You need the .scs file(s) inside.
  3. Move the .scs file(s) into Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\mod. Create the mod folder if it isn't there.
  4. Start the game, open the Mod Manager on the profile screen, move VAK Trailers by Kast v2.8.1 to Active mods and press Confirm changes.
