About this mod
Expand the skies and weather with juninho944’s Weather 3.9 release.
The author describes more than 300 skyboxes, including clear, cloudy and foggy conditions. The September 2026 update adds sky and weather variety while reducing file size. Use the current 3.9 archive linked in the author’s thread, where game support is stated as 1.60 and 1.61; older Steam editions have different version targets.
Version 3.9. The author lists it for ETS2 1.60 and 1.61. That comes from the author's page; we haven't tested it in game ourselves.
How to install Weather 3.9 by juninho944 v3.9
- Download the mod from SCS Software forum.
- Follow the author's installation instructions. Keep ready-to-use
.scsor.zipmod packages intact; extract archives containing separate mod packages as directed. - Move the ready-to-use
.scsor.zipmod package(s) intoDocuments\Euro Truck Simulator 2\mod. Create themodfolder if it isn't there. - Start the game, open the Mod Manager on the profile screen, move Weather 3.9 by juninho944 v3.9 to Active mods and press Confirm changes.
