DBM Vegetation Autumn

About this mod

This add-on gives the entire base map and every map DLC an autumn look. Each tree type gets its own colour: beeches turn copper-orange, oaks bronze, maples and cherries red, and birches, poplars and lindens golden yellow. Leaves within a tree vary in shade, with a few still green, so the forests look natural rather than painted.

Grass, weeds and bushes become straw-coloured and 234 ground textures change to faded, dry grass so that near and far match. Pines, firs, crops and flowers are left alone. Untick it in the Mod Manager whenever you want summer back. Built for 1.61.

How to install DBM Vegetation Autumn

1. Open the mod's Steam Workshop page (sign in to Steam if asked) and press Subscribe. Steam downloads it for you.
2. Start Euro Truck Simulator 2. On the profile screen, open the Mod Manager.
3. Find DBM Vegetation Autumn in the list and move it to Active mods, then press Confirm changes.

Load order: Put it above DBM Vegetation and DBM Terrain Textures, and all of them above map mods.

Notes for this mod

• This is an add-on: it also needs the author's free DBM Vegetation and DBM Terrain Textures mods from the Workshop.
• All three together are a large download (about 4 GB for this one). If the game crashes while loading, the author advises a bigger Windows page file.

Known conflicts

• ProMods and other map mods keep their own vegetation, so they won't turn autumn. Use only one tree, grass or terrain texture mod.
