Paris 1:1 Map

About this mod

Most ETS2 cities are shrunk-down sketches. This one-man project rebuilds Paris at full scale instead: about half the area inside the Périphérique ring road so far, with streets narrow enough to make you sweat in a 40-tonner. You can climb the steep hill to the Sacré-Cœur, cross to Notre-Dame on its island, and follow the A1 north through the suburbs towards Charles de Gaulle airport.

It's a standalone map: it doesn't connect to the normal ETS2 world. The author calls it an unfinished working draft, released for 1.61 because finishing it will take years, so expect rough edges.

How to install Paris 1:1 Map

1. Download the mod from SCS Software forum.
2. If you get a .zip, .rar or .7z file, extract it. You need the .scs file(s) inside.
3. Move the .scs file(s) into Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\mod. Create the mod folder if it isn't there.
4. Start the game, open the Mod Manager on the profile screen, move Paris 1:1 Map to Active mods and press Confirm changes.

Notes for this mod

• Unzip the download first and read the manual inside: only certain starting locations work.
• Put the remaining Paris121 zip, still zipped, in your mod folder.
• Create a new profile and choose the Paris map module when you set it up.
• To reduce crashes, the author suggests opening config.cfg in Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2 and setting uset r_buffer_page_size to 30.
