Update summer speed limits, daylight-running-light rules and time-zone data.
This vanilla-map adjustment uses the author’s checked regulation data, last reviewed on 24 August 2026. Consult the linked comparison table for the affected rules. It changes unsigned-road vehicle limits rather than replacing posted roadside speed signs. Competing speed-limit, time-zone or fuel-price mods may override parts of it.
