neuhr identifies the underlying regulation data as checked on 24 August 2026. Countries without seasonal winter limits retain their usual updated limits. This is an author-maintained in-game data package, not live legal guidance. Check compatibility with other speed-limit, fuel-price and time-zone modifications.
The author lists ETS2 1.44 1.45 1.46 1.47 1.48 1.48.5 1.49 1.50 1.51 1.52 1.53 1.54 1.55 1.56 1.57 1.58 1.59 1.60 1.61 support. This has not been independently tested in-game.

- Follow the author's installation instructions. Keep ready-to-use

.scsor.zipmod package(s) intoDocuments\Euro Truck Simulator 2\mod. Create themodfolder if it isn't there. - Start the game, open the Mod Manager on the profile screen, move Updated Winter Speed Limits v260824a to Active mods and press Confirm changes.
